The number of people needing assistance this year is hardly a match for the dedicated volunteers at Church Street Ministries.

The Food Bank is at a record low. Food is desperately needed. Please consider hosting a mini food drive at your place of business, school or church...the area hungry and the workers who are trying to provide for them, beg you!

The food pantry appreciates any non-perishable items, but is always in need of staples like;
tuna fish
canned meat
peanut butter
jelly
spaghetti
chicken noodle soup
apple sauce
baby food
cereal
diapers
laundry detergent
bar soap
paper towels
toilet paper

We do have a freezer for frozen foods and a refrigerator for some perishables like butter

The simplest act of placing a box with a sign in your school, church or place of business to collect food can make an impact in your community.
